Spa Policies

We kindly ask that you have your phone on silent for the comfort of others in the spa.

Late arrival and no show:

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client is not delayed. Please appreciate that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled with applicable charges.

We require a minimum of 24 hours when cancelling a single appointment and 48 when cancelling multiple appointments.
There will be a penalty for missed appointments.

Remember that when you cancel last minute or “no show” that is denying another client an appointment.
